We can manage your home while you are away. We also provide necessary support and cleaning services to make your stay as comfortable as possible during your second home stay. Our unique Japanese hospitality service will be at your service. We will maintain your villa or second home with our unique expertise. Our staff will assist you with general housekeeping, including cleaning, maintenance, and regular inspections while you are away and while you are here, so you will always feel “at home”. Service
We will check inside and outside of your second home regularly during your absence, so that you can stay comfortably when you are ready to return.
Check-in・Check-out
We can prepare the indoors and the outdoors of you second home, so that you have an enjoyable time from the moment you arrive at your second home. We also check the locks, doors/windows and clear up your second home when you leave.
【Check-in】
Once you contact us regarding your arrival date, we prepare the following;
Switching on the lights ・Opening shutters・Ventilation・Cleaning the gateway area・Welcoming Flower service・Switching on the heaters’ during winter season・Delivering/receiving parcels・Delivering firewood
【Check-out】
Once you contact us regarding the date you leave, we operate the following;
Collecting of household waste・Checking and making sure that the fire is out・Shutting Shutters・Checking locks・Collecting parcels and sending them through Takkyubin (goods sent through the home delivery service).
House Cleaning
Our expert staff can clean the inside of your home to make sure that you have an enjoyable time during your stay.
We also provide this service for any specific place you would like us to clean.
Room Cleaning
We clean living rooms, children’s rooms, bed rooms, guest rooms etc. thoroughly.

Cleaning the Kitchen
We clean and remove burn marks from the hobs, watermarks from the sink and taps, oil stains from the walls and dirt from the whole kitchen. We finish off by polishing everything.

・We will visit your second home once or twice a month and check the inside and outside of house. (※We can change the number of checking times per month. It is entirely up to you.）
・Checking of any dirt and damages inside the house.
・Ventilating inside of the house.
・Checking the remaining amount of oil and gas. （We can arrange a top up on your request.）
・Making sure that the gas etc. are turned off and checking the bulbs and locks.
・Sending you the check-up report.
